Yoga is an ancient & magical practice that has been a mostly oral and a practical tradition, deeply rooted in nature and in learning about your true self and your connection to all. The nature of your body, mind and spirit. The nature of the world. The nature of everything.

it is called by many names and it's the energy running through everything. Everywhere. All the time.​ Yoga teaches us how to transmute our energy… it moves us from one state of being to another, helps develop our varied senses, and inherent magical abilities.

 

I'll guide you through a 60 minute private yoga session with somatic trauma techniques including sound healing, self message in poses, and releasing unneeded energy to be able to receive what it is you do need.

as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Somatic Trauma Therapist, Senior Yoga Educator, Sound Healer, Art Therapist and a blessed Shaman from the Masai Tribe of the Serengeti, I utilise a variety of healing techniques to help you learn how to relax your body, calm your mind, and transmute yourself from one state of being to another.

this intense session is an opportunity to go deeper into your traumas and connect with the emotions they trigger in your body.

I'll guide you with mantras and sound bowls, rattles and bells, somatic techniques and mindfulness, and you'll dive into your subconscious through a soft meditation led by my voice and gentle touch to enhance your parasympathic state of being, where your healing truly begins.
